The May Newsletter is now added to the website The photos from the April Mystery Quilt and the April Retreat have now been posted as well.

I don’t know if you already are aware, but 4 of the Hill Country Quilt shops are having a 2 day ‘Roadtrip’   Check out the blogroll for the link if you are interested.  Those interested in the New Bruanfels Quilt Show coming up in July might want to visit their website for further information.

Welcome to the Alamo Heritage Guilt Guild of San Antonio.  We were founded in 1995.

The Guild is dedicated to provide an atmosphere of fellowship and education for all quilt enthusiasts.  It’s stated goals are to enhance the common quilt skills, share projects and techniques and contribute to the well-being of our community.

Our New membership drive is quite innovative.

Our membership has held pretty steady at between 90 – 100, with about 50 attending each meeting.  Activities include:  Featured presentations at our meetings, charity projects, workshops, road trips and a huge auction held every year during our October Meeting.  Check out the April Trunk Show as well as the first of our trunk shows presented by our members.  Our Members were the trunk show presenters for the April Meeting.

Another new recruit

The meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month at St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church, 2738 MacArthur View, between Broadway and Nacogdoches and begin at 6:45 p.m.
